Barb, your site is wonderful! I'm so glad you've taken such an interest in our ornaments and have created this website for fellow collectors to enjoy. The site is quite an accomplishment -- congratulations!

Great Site! I've been giving my cousin's daughter each year's set for about 8 years now. I had bought my first and only set in 1980 until I started to buy for her and a few years ago I decided to give her the 1980 set when she got married. Well, she's getting married this Thursday ( June 26th, 2003 )! I hadn't seen these ornaments in years but I knew just where in the garage they were. Well, I found them in their dark green box and they all looked pretty great, except that they need a cleaning. It looks as if I might have left fingerprints on them all those years ago. My question is "How can I clean them without damaging them? Thanks

Thank you for the kind words! Cleaning these ornaments is easy; simply polish with a soft cloth. Since they are gold plated brass, you shouldn't have any tarnish to remove so any good quality, soft, lint-free polishing cloth should remove smudges & fingerprints. It may take a bit of "elbow grease" if the smudges are more severe but the ornaments should be fine. Best wishes to the bride! |

Hello: Great site. I have all the annual ornaments from the first angel through 2002, except I am missing years 1995-1998. Any help in finding these would be appreciated!! Thanks.
